My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Kieran on a full powder room remodel, which included a shower. Kieran worked closely with us and our designer to ensure the bathroom was completed as envisioned. There were lots of complicating aspects: a hanging marble sink, a hanging toilet with an in-wall tank, a custom window, Venetian plaster, and 3 different kinds of tiles.

Kieran’s attention to detail, professional communication, high quality of subcontractors, and project management sets him apart from other contractors that we had previously worked with. We felt that he treated this project as if it was a remodel for his own home. Kieran is genuine, has high integrity, and is true to his word.

We are much more likely to embark on other remodeling and an ADU because of Kieran. Working with him gives us confidence that our project will be completed to spec, and that we will have a pleasant experience with him, his staff, and his subcontractors.

The only downside to recommending Kieran is that he’ll be more likely to be busy the next time we need to work with him :) We have absolutely zero reservations in recommending Kieran. And we are picky clients that have very high standards on construction quality, project management, and communication. Kieran is perfect and we are so lucky we were introduced to him.

I came to Kieran with a fixed budget that I knew was not enough to cover everything that I wanted to do. “Kieran has done several projects for us.  In every case his work was done efficiently, with great results.  Kieran is also very neat in his work and never leaves a mess (something that was important to me).  In all cases we were very pleased with the finished project as well as the process of working with Kieran.  

Our projects included:

• New flooring in the kitchen, dining room, and entry hallway.  In all three areas we had  25-year old oak flooring that Kieran removed and replaced with new cherry flooring

• Cabinet work and appliance upgrades in the kitchen

• Complete master bedroom/bath remodel for us, which included a re-layout of the plumbing, new vanity/tub/toilet, and new bamboo flooring in the bathroom, shelving/cabinet for the TV above the fireplace in the bedroom, new doors and hardware, updated lighting, and general refresh in the room  

• replaced siding on the outside of the house, which is cedar.

Kieran's good at keeping a project on schedule without sacrificing quality in the final result.  He's good at planning and implementing. 

One of the things that matters most to me when I'm doing projects is the character of the person handling the work who is in my home every day.  Kieran's a very good combination of someone who does excellent work that you really enjoy having around  the house.  He's also a good listener.  He has a great team and great subs, he's creative, he has good instincts about the work, he's neat and tidy in his work, and he's always willing to help out when he can.  "No Problem" is his favorite response.
